Even in Sweden, your average joe cant go to uni, simply because he lacks the intellect. Unless they allow everyone, regardless of their intellectual performance to enroll, in which case one can wonder whether having a university degree makes much of a difference. And lol, I heard that the people from Swedish socialist party or something had made it their unofficial tradition to drop out of uni or something. Is that true?

Well, depending on uni or college, we have three kinds of uni here >_>' well, depending on what you want to read it's not impossible for anyone to get in. If you don't get in after finishing college / high school you can always take the courses necessarry and take a uni exam, of you pass you'll get in. And finishing a course in uni and having a degree is two whole different things if I have kept up....
And well, as I see it a uni degree may not always help, that depends on what degree you have of course. Back on track, a uni degree may not do a single thing as a good politican in my opinion is supposed to be able to tell what is the best solution for the people and enviroment. Not the most money-making one or doing just what is shown on papers. As for example, what the politicans are doing with the swedish school system atm is just stupid and they should let people who know what it is like make the changes. So in most cases I would say a degree doesn't matter as they still do stupid changes. The politican who can understand what the people and society need is maybe the teacher at your school and not the people who is active for what ever reason.
And I have no idea about them dropping out ^^' I don't keep up that much xDDD
