Corpse Party: Blood Covered is about a group of high school friends in Kisaragi Academy. Kisaragi Academy was built on the grounds of Tenshin Elementary School, which was demolished after a string of disappearances and gruesome murders. Suddenly an earthquake occurred in the classroom they were in and they ended up in an alternate reality which was Tenshin Elementary School. They learnt about the murders that occurred in the school and finding the one called Sachiko and put her to rest was the only way out but getting to her was the hard part. The students later found out they weren’t the only ones in the school. Looking for the items needed to get to Sachiko, they face many obstacles and not all of them may return alive.

The game is divided between 4 dimensions. Players can move to along the areas in the dimension they are in. Dimension shifting occurs randomly. You may stay if you don’t wish to move to a new area. Players will get the list of other players in their dimension, not the area.

Stumble on a friend’s body: +25%

Most crucial in this AG. Every dimension and areas have items lying around. If whatever you find is usable, you can use it depending on what it is. Though, take things at your own risk. They can be transferred if the people involved are in the same dimension. The person transferring would be considering moving to the area the person receiving the item will be. Transferring items is an important part of the game as well.
Items in this game are the player’s abilities. So for example you got a ‘chair’, you can use it to hit someone or say you got a ‘firecracker’, it’s for escaping.

Satoshi Mochida: The main protagonist and one of the survivors.
Naomi Nakashima: Satoshi’s childhood friend
Yuka Mochida: Satoshi’s pampered younger sister
Yoshiki Kishinuma: Satoshi’s good friend who has a crush on the class prez, Ayumi.
Ayumi Shinozaki: The class prez who has a crush on Satoshi but gave up in the end.

Saenoki Naho: A novelist and paranormal investigator as well as a highschool student. She helped Satoshi and gang at times and provided them with holy water for emergencies. She is actually dead and was kept alive by a certain dark force.
Yuki: One of the ghost trio. She lost her left eye which was cut out by Sachiko. She was partly responsible for Mayu’s death. She calmed down in Chapter 4 when Ayumi found her lost eye and helped Ayumi and Yoshiki at certain times in Chapter 5.
Ryou: The only boy of the ghost trio. He lost his tongue which was cut out by Sachiko before his death. He constantly attacks the victims to find a replacement. In Chapter 4, Yoshiki and Ayumi managed to find his tongue and returned it to him. Ryou apologized to them and then disappeared.
Tokiko: The ghost girl who lost half of her head. Partly responsible for Mayu’s death. In Chapter 4, Ayumi and Yoshiki acquire her missing upper head thanks to Sakutarou. Tokiko apologized to them and then disappeared.
Yoshikazu: The teacher who was manipulated by Sachiko to kill Tokiko, Ryou and Yuki. Deep down, he feels remorse and shows when in Chapter 4, his voice was projected on Naomi’s cellphone which gave a clue to Satoshi that Naomi was in danger and he also left the doll which helped Yoshiki and Ayumi find the kids’ missing body parts. Ironically, the doll was the very cause of Mayu’s death as it reminded Tokiko and Yuki of the teacher who killed them and they killed Mayu out of anger.
Sachiko: The one responsible for the whole alternate dimension. It all started with her mother’s death. She manipulated Yoshikazu and caused a murder in Tenshin Elementary School. She caused the principal to commit suicide unable to stand the pressure. Sachiko was later killed however she returned as a spirit and created the Tenshin alternate dimension to kill anybody dragged into it.
