Sakurano can make a wish, has the ability of will, teleport, and telepathy. :3

Because Stark got taken down by Kyoraku WHO DIDN'T EVEN USE BANKAI.



While Nnoitra gave Kenpachi a brutal fight.



Besides... he's only Primera IN TERMS OF SPIRITUAL PRESSURE, not necessarily combat ability, correct?

Starrk gave Kyoraku a run for his money even when unreleased, and after he did he bullied two former captains. All Nnoitora did was to attack a weakened Grimmjow and lose to a captain who doesn't even use shikai.

And whatever happened to Grimmjow after he was hit by Nnoitora anyway? Did Kubo just forget about him or what?

Grimmjow calls him a bastard, to which Nnoitra is surprised that he is still alive and proceeds to finish him off, but Ichigo protects him as Grimmjow lies there severely injured.

Since when has KENPACHI FREAKING ZARAKI ever been JUST A CAPTAIN WHO USES SHIKAI. He doesn't NEED Shikai. Kenpachi IS ANIME CHUCK NORRIS.

Correction: he REFUSES to take the steps to learn his zanpakutou's name.



Let me put it this way: against the Espada, which required the other captains, i.e. Byakuya and Koromaru, to break out their Bankai, all he did was FIGHT WITH TWO HANDS.
