I think the game ended way earlier then I thought it would.

I do think the assassins had it easier then the villagers, for the first part of the game.
I was already planning on making Pimp a martyr for the cause, since he can tank a lynch and survive an invest.
We all knew at some point the investigation would barrel down on us no matter how we'd bluff.

I could say nothing the entire thread, and still be revealed as an assassin if my number came up. The chances doubled the next time it showed up, and were almost 100% if it comes up a third time.

I dunno, I think the whole survey thing was a bit strange. Everyone had an answer that was correct the first hour of the game, and it's really hard to convince people of a fake answer.
At the same time, making the questions harder had a limit point where no one got it.
It was completely at the mercy of the GM, the villagers complaining it was too hard, and the assassins complaining it was too easy.

The system felt like no matter what the assassins did, at some point we'd be revealed by the investigations.

By the end, I as like half panicked but I think I had a good end-game plan to put into action. We assumed that we'd have to butcher people down until there were only 4 left, so that was still some time away.

I guess it wasn't a perfect victory. We won, but by the end people still could guess at who we were.
NG, how did you figure I was an assassin from day 1? What did hor slip in that tipped you off?

She made herself look guilty......With her rarely participating and only saying enough to be considered there.

Only 1 of her comments was actually contributing to the thread..eevrythign else was either complaining or spam.

Oh its over 0.0 so soon, oh well, I didnt even really do anything but fail at puzzles and die. :facewall:
I finally got to be a somebody too..................
As far as a review, I actually like the game, well, I felt like i was playing an actual game because of the puzzles, a game i suck at :____; . Somehow it reminded me of Saw the movie though.

Rawr, I know, I had absolutely nothing to say this game. I had no interest in the puzzles, and it seems most of the game was about those. The only thing I could do to sparkle discussion was indeed to balance myself on looking guilty, despite being a detective, but even that kinda failed.

Geoff: that was easy, I knew for the get go hor-niichan would choose you to see how you play as an assassin, he wanted to see how you play. Just how he admire your game play gave me my answer in this game

It's part of it, but that wasn't the main reason. The main reason was because of Pimp. Remember Season of the Witch AG by Placa ? Pimp was an investigator and he investigated Emeralda first then Geoff. Now, that made me question the ability of well-known players to be an assassin. Why do people investigate them first? Because they are scared of them? Paranoia that they will own the game and lose if they are on different teams? If it's the normal system wherein a person is an investigator, then for sure Emeralda, you and Geoff will be top in the list to be investigated and I for one won't let you 3 be on the same team because of that. That gave birth to this system. Inspiration struck me. What if Everyone controlled the investigation and it's covered with numbers? What if they lose the ability to investigate the person because they see him/her as a threat and they want to make sure they're on the "same team"?

In Kagome Kagome AG I actually had to attack my own teammate, TRC, just to make it look like she's one of them. It was a risky move gagging her but it worked. She held the alibi for 6 days until Jarrett did a surprise forced lynch. If in a Simple AG the team is composed of players like You, Geoff, Emeralda, TRC, Poene etc. the team will probably be screwed no matter how good you are if the investigation was held by a person who base his/her investigation list through reputation. Did you know that until the last minute I was planning on making you, Geoff and Emeralda teammates just the 3 of you without the Tank Ability? 3 numbers and then repeat but no... I hesitated because I feared that it's too much. 3 people without Tank... but 4 people with tank is too much as well, it should've been 4 people without Tank but it didn't matter because they didn't need it. If I re-host this again (w/c right now I doubt since making puzzles everyday is a tough one) I'm going to implement a rule for the assassins. Rules that'll change how they plan and think, Specific Limitations.

Why didn't you play on that? If I had a hunch you were an assassin day 1, I'd have made a lynch on you right off the bat just to satisfy my curiosity.

@hor, this is why the kulitman statagy is in place on PM games. "Smart players are more dangerous on the enemy team then on my team. Therefore, killing them no matter what team they are on, evens the field to my level"

I can't really offer a review, I think the puzzle system needs a systematic approach rather then a human approach to it. Something that's predictable, yet has diverging possibilities.
Or they might just not have any spot on an AG. :/

I was too paranoid about dying early so I decided it was best to keep playing absent-minded. Plus I also subtle hinted to ppl not to vote #13 but I guess ppl don't mind me much. lol

I was actually searching on google "Puzzle Simulator" one time while in the middle of the game. Making puzzles are a drag, my ideas were easily used and I can't repeat otherwise it's boring. I need a puzzle simulator. XD
