So, server #1 which hosts the site was down for approximately 20 hours to my knowledge. According to support the server was was stalled with the error: setxattr: failed. It was restarted and the error was gone, but the server couldn't be pinged and ssh couldn't be accessed. But anyway everything is working now, and expect an update soon.
