Bleach Manga is amazing but cause theres no filler On the other hand its not like Bleach's filler is bad one in a while they throw in a random small arc but besides that they pretty good

Time pass so slow in each chapter of the manga, it's like one episode of anime can cover like 5 chapter at 1 go

Uh not really. I get more in less time from manga, on the other hand I get little in a longer period of time from anime episodes.

But it just makes the anime catch up to the manga faster that way

Not that I really care. 90%+ of the time the anime is vastly inferior to it's manga counterpart so I don't really care, hence why nowadays I watch "original" anime. Anime that was produced without being based on manga. If there is a manga for it already I'll probably read that first then watch the anime and be disappointed by how much it sucks.
