Ancient or Modern?

Do you guys prefer the ancient weapons or modern weapons?



Personally im the swords and spears type as to guns and tanks.

Really guns are cool and all. advance..more range more efficient.



But somehow i like the ancient/medieval weapons like spear and sword.



Why?



i donno..i personally feel that a sword user has more skill than gun users.



It takes skills to brandish a sword well,to fight and win the war with it.



Yes Guns do need skill too. but i just feel that swords needs more skills.

Personally i really like the Spear/Halberd...



I guess im just a martial arts type of guy huh?



Another question. Do you guys prefer modern warfare or Ancient warfare?



Again for me i like ancient warfare. They involve much much more Tactics and strategy as compared to modern warfare where everything can be settled with just a nuke.



Im a guy who likes strategems and marvelous tactics.

cant find those in modern times...

Actually I find bothj sides really interesting, but difficult to compare. Modern Times is more comparable with the archer times, still. I do find myself fond of using a sniper rifle, but I think I would like better using real human sill by aiming a crossbow or longbow.



I do think that I would be more of a chinese ancient times mondern ranger. I do not know. i would love being a Xaolin monk moving a staff or a halberd or a meteor staff, but would love to be a soldier using a rifles and katanas or knives to fight for your life.

Ancient for the rather raw and unsophisticated methods, usually raising entertainment value. Who would want to watch a capital punishment by injection? I'd rather watch a public burning on stake and/or the guillotine, that's enough for me to keep entertained as well as keep my hands off on some rather bad thoughts.

lol? you have no knowledge what so ever in modern warfare ._. nuclear bombs is used as a threat since using it will make you an enemy of the world nyah. Ancient weapons for me is spears, swords, catapults, trebuchets, burning oil etc etc.
