Yup. IP ban is an account ban on top of banning that specific IP address. So you can make another account through a different IP and get around it and unfortunately there is just no way to combat that.

This sucks. For some reason with my IP I can't access the website. No I didn't get banned, that's impossible. My internet sucks. Now I have to use a proxy to come on to the site. And proxies suck... I can't use the shoutbox through a proxy.
