It's honestly like DBZ. Alot of talking, but the anime was sick.

I think Naruto characters are generally "cooler" than Bleach ones but Bleach characters are really the more powerful ones...

I say it will be a draw. They both fight pretty good. Naruto has ninjas and Bleach have soul repers. If They really have a battle. They might come to a draw. So I really can't say who will win. So A Draw.
