as far as i know eureka seven is from 2005 - 2006.
maybe they subbed it in 2007.

hmm thats a hard one... I think I'd have to go with ef - a tale of memories, it started and ended in 07 so I have a final opininon on it which imo it's a 10/10. There are a lot of 2007 - 2008 series and 2008 series that area really good as well.

i'd say it would be the much lesser known Jungle wa itsumo Hale Nochi Guu (Hare+Guu)

not too many have heard about it but its LOL funny and oh so random
