Btw - I think my bed caught on fire or something, cause my screen just went black and I died.
When I spawned, it spawned me outside the edge of the map and I just fell to my death D:

That's because Cresty isn't playing. He's the host, so without him the game doesn't run. Anyway, the next time he loads it, it will revert to the moment he logged out, so upgrading your house now will not work.

Also, he'll be gone until Tuesday I'm afraid.

Anyone else install the mods that let you have NPC running around? (Not the one with the ally system, cause its discontinued for now, but the one with the mayor and stuff)

Those are called "texture packs". You might want to search Youtube for some examples. I personally use the Painterly Pack (search on google). It's good and customizable.

Creepers go to the lava house for some reason. But they come up from the lower tunnels
