Hopefully for those living in the USA or EU and some parts of Asia you'll begin noticing a significant improvement in load speed of the forum if you're using xenFracture, Flexile or XF Stop Mobile. It won't be instant so give it a few minutes of actively browsing the forum and it should kick in.
Long story short, these skins are now stored across 30 cutting edge servers around the world and one is probably near you so as a result, better load time. The same will be done to Konata once it has been finished editing as it requires more work than the other two.
