This building mod is called WorldEdit it is more advanced then the other one and has some crazy things that u can toy with, but there is no explaining how it works only youtube videos wich explain how it all works.

Thats about it. Go into single player, put Peaceful mode on if you don't want to deal with mobs (Monsters), and test stuff out.
You will soon remember the combinations by heart, its not too hard.

Just keep in mind that Day and night are in 10 minutes cycles. So that means get straight to work (If not on Peaceful mode) on Day 1 or else you will regret it~

Well, we better call [MENTION=1072]boyd[/MENTION] then. He's already been able to host multiple worlds and teleport players across them, so it sounds perfectly possible to create a vanilla server.
