The banner redirects me to the main site but earlier it used to refresh the forum page.

It's normal now. So little people are visiting the main page, reading the articles and commenting, so yeah.

It works for me so im not sure what it could be, maybe your country doesnt allow to download from the US??

All download of digimon seem to work for me, and i fixed episode 22 thnx for that.
