While I like anime I usually prefer to read the manga if its the original. I try not to read manga's that are based on an anime because those usually tend to look half done.

I have to say it really depends on the dubbers and the new dialogue an example is One piece I would never watch that in english I would killevery friend I have friend I have before I let that happen but then if I look at sunabozu and the english version isnt that bad. I actually kind of liked it.

THe first anime that I ever say (that I have identified) was either Hello Kity or Sailor moon. ( I cant remember which one but I did watch alot them both)

I saw the anime and I thought it was one of the best out there. I only just started reading the manga and watching ultimate though and they pretty much push the anime down to the bottom. But I still cant get enough of Alucard no matter where he shows up him and walter.

Well if you like blood then I would suggest Elfen lied (I probably didnt spell it right ), Hellsing ultimate, or ninja scroll the anime.
