I think she means VIP like Gold Members, with a different name color, access to a hidden section of the forums and such.

I don't see what would that do though. Maybe to reward really active/respected members or something?

chris sure does have alot money to spend on it, he has accouts in rapidshare and megauploads, only if he spend his money more on something else... BTW dedicated servers are alot of money every month or so, my friend spends up to 80 bucks a month or so...
