I prefer chicken over turkey, I find that the meat is tougher/rougher on turkey.

Out of these two, chicken, but I'd say fried tofu beats chicken every time. It tastes pretty similar to chicken, is much more moist and you get that smug little voice in the back of your head going "Hah! I'm being healthy!", which is always a plus ^^
