Okei my first is defenetly Honey-sempai from Ouran high school host club (OHSHC), I could just eat him all up:

Uuuh, that's a tough topic, there are too many cute characters in the anime realm ^^'' In every anime you can find at least one big-eyed adorable ctreature...And if it's a mahou choujo there'll be a dozen XD I'll name some from recent titles:
