Terra Incognita Chess Club Official Test Run; Questions, Suggestions and Improvements

SLEIPNIR ER BAZTR

This will be our attempt to create a viable chess club in Terra Incognita. For the moment, let us use the following format;

1. For the actual chess game, please visit and play (mostly free of charges) in Chesscube.com

2. Sleipnir er Baztr (SEB) will serve as a place where we all can discuss our games with fellow users.

3. Chesscube.com has the excellent function of copying your chess game into PGN format. Use this function to copy your game and import it here.

4. The code for the chess board is; [chess]PGN Copy Goes Here[/chess]

5. Because we have not yet any structured system, each user can only create one thread for themselves in SEB. This is needed to ease the handling (merging, grouping etc.) once we all have agreed with the proper form of our chess club.

6. All questions, suggestions and improvements goes here and greatly appreciated if not desperately needed.

You should create some place to sign up for matches. Either that, or I'll do it in the games thread on the nexus page.

I can do that, but we need to figure out how the competition should work, since this live event will involve time zones.

Can you list down the names that are interested to enter a competition?

Actually, I was thinking of casual game-matchups instead of a competition. I didn't want to spam someone else's thread with that.
