There are lot of rumours of Yondaime being the Akatsuki leader, though I believe he only looks like him.
I could agree that he, "the Flash/yellow flash" is Naruto's father since it is being rumored long time before because of their likeness especially the yellow hair that resembles with Naruto, heheheheh...

The manga actually confirmed that Yodaime is/was his father.
