>.> yeah, see when im trolling, I don't usually mean w/e I say, but what I was saying is that a rose by any other name smells just as sweet. Sex is driven by chemical reactions set off by observation, we like to attach love to these things to hide how animalistic the act really is. Which is why I said make love= sex, it is just a euphemism. It means the exact same thing and therefore could be eliminated from the language, which is what I meant by no one is making love, everyone is just sexing it up.

are you telling me to wait on the sex...or... cuz like you dont know the first thing about what i do =___=" , I was engaging in what is known as a debate, and if you haven't got an argument to place in your disapproving of my thoughts against me, then you can keep your opinion for all I care. @Chimer

=__= only thing happening is there's a wuss who cant argue his worthless point for sh*t so he sabotages a debate and then punks out and leaves and deletes all evidence of his lack of substance

Everyone is allowed to post their opinion, whether someone else agrees with it or not~ :3
But I gotta agree with Chimer on the point that Sex .. isnt always sex. Physically yes. But humans are emotional beings~

@Faux Angel as i said before there was nothing personal... now feel free to take my attitude the way you want i can/will understand. I know i shouldn't take part of your debate cause it isn't really easy for me to explain each time my point of view. that's all.

Lily except I don't think sex is emotional... we tie the emotion in with deciding factors like who to have sex with and... how lol..., it's not really a part of it. sex ish sex ish sexxxxxxxxxx :3 i love pointless debates >.> even ones I know im losing

Chimer x.x it was 100% personal. which isn't a bad thing... it just by definition was. what you mean was it wasn't meant to be offensive... which it also wasn't, so we're good.

*Smacks you guys with her pimphand* ;pimphand;

(sorry, couldn't help it xD)

In a way, having sex and making love are the same.. Just in the fact that it's the same act, buuuuuuuuuuut what matters is the feelings behind it ^__^ Some people have sex just for the sake of having sex... While some, do it to share the feelings they have for their partners. It symbolizes two people becoming one.. In body and soul <3

I wasnt aware you were trolling, and for me it was a nice exercise in logic ^^

And no, you cant just deny love. Love is as much a chemical reaction as sex itself is. So you could say that making love is when you combine the chemicals of love and sex.

you trying to contradict urself mate D: ? .... love isnt a chemical D: .... and therefore can be denied since it has no physical substance =w= tada.

... i know... i did a brief research project with the chemical composition of the overall effect we call "love" which is more of attachment + lust that happen to both exist in the same person... do we even disagree ;___; ?

Yes and no. We agree on the fact that there is a chemical basis for 'love' but we disagree on that making love is the same as sex. When one pornstar does it with another pornstar, there is no love at play, thus the extra chemical composition that is present when you have sex AND you love that person is not present when you just have sex. So, you could argue that making love has a different chemical composition then just having sex.

so....making love is extra foreplay for the loving couple? :huuh: ..... like "i love you" *touchy touchy kissy kissy XXX game XXX XXX cuddle cuddle* done .
while just having sex is just ....*kissy kissy fondle fondle XXX XXX XXX*:zzzz: ..... i'll call you :coool:

yeah sorry im just obsessed with these smiley's ^^'

Knew a married couple once. Lovely pair, 2 kids, 2 jobs, hardly any time for each other. At times they really got cross and at each others throats due to all the stress and lack of seeing each other. As time wore on this was only amplified. They explained it as follows: At times I want to kill my wife, divorce my wife, or slaughter in the most brutal way. And it's like that comforting, safe feeling I get from being with her is just gone. But all we need is one tender moment(usually involves sex) and suddenly we forget about all our troubles, transgressions and stress. We called that making love. Since it literally re-kindled the spark.

Dunno if its true. Draw your own conclusions really. But I dont think making love has anything to do with you unless you're in a long term committed relationship.

.... except there is no such chemical.... -lexus-

Core, so ur saying "making love" = using sex to kindle or rekindle the spark in a relationship

You just said that there is a chemical basis for love. Now combine that basis with the chemical basis for sex. Tadaa, youve got making love, a distinctly different thing then just sex.

So really it just depends on the thoughts youre having while your doing it. A prostitute and a pornstar both think 'its work and it pays' and a couple in love think 'omgbestthingever he/she is so awesome and im so in love right now'.

If what you say is true, and its just sex then everyone who has sex or makes love or whatever must think the same sort of thoughts while having sex. Sex with your girlfriend must be entirely indistinguishable from having sex with a prostitute. All sex must be indistinguishable from each other. If not, then there are grounds to make different classifications within sex.
