Well, first off, where the hell does the item go after i buy it?

I'm not asking what each of the items do, but how the the hell do you use them... -__-

Go to "my store inventory" or something like that. There should be a list of the items you bought in a table. On the rightmost column is a button you can click to see more about the item. Click it, and on the new page there should be a button for you to press if you want to use the item.

That can only be taken as how the do I use the items. And since I don't know how to use them I also don't know about the portfolio page.
