Mine would be Cecelia Ahern, Sophie Kinsella, Cathy Cassidy, Jean Ure and authors who write horror books.

EDIT: wait, did I post in the wrong section? >_>

Nope, you posted on the right section xD

As for me:

Robert Ludlum (Bourne series secure this)

J.K. Rowling

The one who created the Alex Rider series (forgotten his name >.<)

Same goes to LOTR

Technically not, but there's no section for books, so people use this instead. I'll be sure to bring it up with the staff ASAP.

As for my favourite author, it's probably Mitch Albom. I just loved reading his books.

Thanks a lot!

I haven't really read Stephen King's books but from what I've heard, his stories are mostly scary?

Hmm, amongst my favourite authors are J.R.R. Tolkien, Shakespeare, Oscar Wilde, George Orwell and Samuel Beckett. I'm personally more of a fan of classic literature, as well as some modern and post modern literature. I have read some decent books from newer authors, but I don't find them as consistent these days.

J.K Rowling? You have lost your credibility.

Two novel authors that I really hate are J.K Rowling and Stephenie Myers. They both should go die. Really.

I have a hit list of to-read books. I am still on William Gibson's Neruomancer

My current favorite author, for about 2 years or so, has been Jim Butcher, with the Dresden Files.

And Rowling's an alright author, not worth the sort of ire she gets from the haters.
