Requirements:<br />
<br />
1.You must have a decent layout and some good content. <br />
<br />
2.Your site must get at least 250 unique vistors a day. (must have proof)<br />
<br />
3.You must not leech any media from any sites because leechers are the problem with the community today.<br />
<br />
4.Your site must be Anime, Gaming, Design, or Hosting related.(some exceptions can and will be made)<br />
<br />
5.You must provide some way of contacting you(aim, msn yim...ect).<br />
