Kissing friends on lips is quite common in some countrys.

For example. Here you can kiss your best friend on lips without worrying your bf will think it is cheating.
I kiss my best friend like that all the time.
I don't see the problem in it o.o

its common to kiss your friends on the lips here too
but if you have a bf you dont kiss other guys on the lips..

Someone said it earlier I think like the third post. The action means little to nothing, its all about the intent. General rule of thumb is if you think you are doing something wrong, you probably are. If you honestly feel nothing about it then as long as you rectify or don't hide it from significant other its ok. These days little to nothing bears any actual meaning so the least anyone could do is be honest in what it is they are after.
