Episode 45 of the series Hayate no Gotoku, also known as Hayate the Combat Butler, has been subbed and released by Eclipse Productions. This episode is titled, "It's the February Thanks-Maria-san Day! ♥." The subbed episodes are delayed so I can't really tell you when the next will be released.
