| Azumi is a young girl in feudal Japan. Her mother has died due to some circumstances (of which the viewer is unaware) and she is taken care of by a man passing with a bunch of boys her age. A few years later, Azumi and her 'brothers' are welltrained, very skilled assasins. As a final test, before they are allowed to take on clients, they are told to pair up with their favourite friend.... and kill him. Follow Azumi and her friends on their quest for justice, love and freedom. |
